Karl Markl I believe Tims life is a testimony in what Jesus is calling you to do. Don't let his death be in vain. The catholic church sees suicide as a mental condition that is treatable. There for not seen as a mortal sin. So while Tim is living with Jesus in his eternal life. I'm sure he is looking down on you in hopes you do something on behalf of those children that are in his situation right now. Start a small ministry on there behalf become a mentor or even just an ear to listen or a shoulder to lean on. Our God is a mighty God. If you are mad at Him He can take that. Use that energy to promote an end to teen suicide. Don't live by what ifs. Just know even the longest life is short and it is up to us to bring th love of Jesus to this crazy mixed up world You will be in my prayers for the rest of my life. Your friend in Christ David.

Karl, I am sorry for your loss. There are more people in this country that are looking to adopt than there are children. Pro Life people are just like you and me, loving and hurting daily.

The reason the Catholic Church must stand up for religious freedom is because being a catholic, is not completed unless some love is given to others. That is why we are fighting for our Catholic Charities, Hospitals, Adoption Agencies, etc... It is the freedom to express our religion by loving others. Ave Maria.

I have seen too many children that were deprived of love because they were neither wanted nor loved. I now offer the suicide of my seventeen year old son Tim as a testimony to my statement. His suicide was centered at the fact that his biological mother abandoned him and his brother Mathew twelve times before they were taken away from her by the State of Missouri. Unfortunately, most of the damage had already been done to Tim. I have some simple questions. How many of the people that are “anti-abortion” would adopt these unwanted and unloved children??? How many would offer them all of their unconditional love and attention with only hopes that they will be fine? How many could cope with the loss of a son because he could not cope with his biological mother’s rejection? I love both of my sons and always will. Many of these unwanted and unloved children however become criminals and murderers. Indeed, most of these damaged children carry scars their entire live. For some, this makes it impossible for them to cope with life.

I agree with Marcia,

Friday at lunch time is only convenient for the people at lunchtime that work in the area. On the other hand. There are no government offices open on the weekend to impress. a bit of a corundum!

I think you would get a better response if this were done on a weekend. Many people I know wanted to attend the last one in March but were unable to do so because this was held during the work week.
