The Baton Rouge Rally was excellent with about 350 in attendance.
Just prior to the noon start, bad weather and rain came through Baton Rouge. We lost our donated sound system due to rain because the equipment got wet and could not be used. We thought we were done. Then at about 11:45 am the sun came out and about 350 people started showing up. We had a smaller Sound System as backup so we were up and running. We were hoping for 500+, but considering the bad weather throughout the Baton Rouge area, 350 was a good turn-out.

Metairie Joins 2nd Coast-to Coast Rally
Against the Obamacare HHS Mandate
Metairie–On Friday, June 8, as the United States Supreme Court prepares to issue its ruling on the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare), citizens of Metairie voice opposition to the Obama administration’s Mandate that forces all employers, regardless of religious or moral convictions, to provide abortion-inducing drugs through their health plans.
The Metairie Freedom Rally will take place from noon to 1 PM at Veterans Square located at Veterans and Causeway Boulevard, joining over 150 cities and towns participating in this national event. [Continue reading …]
