STAND UP FOR RELIGIOUS FREEDOM

JUNE 8: Fight the HHS attack on religious freedom in Portland, OR

Posted by Jason Schmidt (June 7, 2012 at 4:10 pm)

The second huge, nationwide Stand Up for Religious Freedom Rally is only days away, and I thought you’d appreciate a quick reminder.

When you come out for the Rally next Friday, June 8 at Terry Shrunk Plaza, you will be joining people of faith in over 153 cities across the country in opposing President Obama’s HHS Mandate.

You’ll be adding your voice to the millions denouncing the Mandate, which requires ALL employers — even religious charities — provide free contraceptives, sterilization and abortion-inducing drugs through their health plans.

Last month’s Stand Up for Religious Freedom Rally hit the “reset” button on the HHS Mandate controversy, putting the focus where it belongs: respect for religious freedom.

Here are all the details:

     What: RALLY FOR RELIGIOUS FREEDOM
When: Friday, June 8, Noon to 1 p.m.
     Site: Terry Shrunk Plaza
Address:  1200 SW 3rd Ave Portland, OR

The peaceful Rally will include guest speakers:

Aaron AuerRestoring Oregon’s Amazing Roots

Jason Schmidt – Patriot, Prolife Activist. Website

There will also be hymns, prayers for our nation and updates from other Rally sites across the country.

Bring the family!
And please help me get the word out about the Portland,OR Rally for Religious Freedom through e-mail, Facebookchurch contacts, everything. Tell your friends across the country about it, too.

This event is going to be historic. Over 64,000 pro-life Americans came out in March demand President Obama reverse his HHS Mandate. Help make it even more this time!

I know you don’t want to miss this exciting event, and I hope you can be there next Friday.

IF YOU CAN’T MAKE IT:

We will be broadcasting it LIVE on the internet. Just go to this link at noon on Friday, and you can watch the Rally!

Sincerely,
Jason Schmidt
