I’m a student and it’s been a hectic week studying for the midterms in conjunction with assembling the Charlotte Rally. Now that midtermes are over, we’re even pushing it further by featuring seven promo ads by Belmont Abbey students and an actress from Carolina talent. Every day the week before the Rally, one of these seven videos has been featured on the website.
We’re taking the rally to the next level by attracting the youth through these catchy promo ads featuring the leaders of the campus. The rally will include a big group of college students mainly from Belmont Abbey as they spend their fall break standing for their religious freedom.
Check out our Charlotte website at http://lmsociety.com and enjoy our promo videos. [Continue reading ...]

The next Stand Up for Religious Freedom Rally is only five days away, and today our list of cities has topped 140!
More than 125,000 people attended the March 23 and June 8 Rallies, and the number of cities on board for October 20 indicates that the Stand Up for Religious Freedom campaign shows no signs of weakening.
On the contrary, opposition among the American people to the HHS Mandate’s assault on religious freedom is intense—and getting stronger!
From Miami, Florida to Seattle, Washington and all the way out to Honolulu, Hawaii the American people are sending a message that we will not stand idly by while the federal government forces all employer health plans to provide free contraceptives, sterilizations, and abortion-inducing drugs, regardless of any moral or religious objections.
Check out the Locations Page to see all the cities taking part and find a Rally near you.

Ever since the first Stand Up for Religious Freedom Rally back in March, new initiatives have been blooming all over the country to fight the Obama administration’s HHS Mandate.
One of the most exciting of these efforts is ActsFive29, taking place in Washington, D.C. starting tomorrow and running through October 2.
ActsFive29 involves several components, including four days of continuous prayer at the White House, a special Rosary event and a Stand Up for Religious Freedom Rally this Sunday, September 30th from 1:30 to 3:30pm at Lafayette Park [map]. [Continue reading ...]

With the November elections looming, the time has come to double down in the fight for religious freedom.
That’s why the Stand Up for Religious Freedom Coalition is calling for a third nationwide Stand Up Rally to take place on Saturday, October 20.
The Supreme Court decision on the Affordable Care Act (also known as Obamacare) in June made it clear that the only way to stop this pernicious attack on our freedom of religion will be electoral change. With that in mind, the October Rally will aim to call the faithful to live their faith, not just in church, but in every part of their lives.
With over 80 cities on board and more being added every day, the October 20 Rally is expected to be a historic success.
Find a Rally near you at the Rally Info and Locations page. Don’t see a Rally in your area? Contact the national leadership team to find out how you can get one going.
The die is cast. Now it’s time for each of us to do our part to ensure that religious freedom doesn’t become a part of America’s past. Join us as we Stand Up for Religious Freedom nationwide on October 20.

For the past week, we’ve been posting reports from captains from many of the 164 cities that hosted Stand Up for Religious Freedom rallies on Friday, June 8.
During this time, we’ve also heard from several groups across the country who have let us know about their own religious freedom rallies they’re planning for later this month.
We’re thrilled that these additional rallies are being held, and we are happy to promote them!
Below is a partial listing of Religious Freedom rallies being held in the coming weeks. If you know of additional rallies, please list all the relevant details in the Comments section below. [Continue reading ...]

The list of cities taking part in today’s Stand Up for Religious Freedom Rally now stands at 164—far surpassing the 145 cities that participated in the first Stand Up Rally on March 23.
The number of cities on board for today’s Nationwide Rally shows that the massive turnout seen at that first Rally on March 23 was hardly a one-time phenomenon.
Opposition among the American people to the HHS Mandate’s assault on religious freedom is intense—and getting stronger!
From Augusta, Maine to Miami, Florida to Fairbanks, Alaska to Honolulu, Hawaii the American people are sending a message that we will not stand idly by while the federal government forces all employer health plans to provide free contraceptives, sterilizations, and abortion-inducing drugs, regardless of any moral or religious objections.
Later tonight, you don’t want to find yourself saying, “I wish I had gone to the Stand Up for Religious Freedom Rally.”
Don’t be that guy. Be there!
